From my experience Russians are realist as well as use to doing with out,hence they generally know how to improvise.I can't say the same for my fellow countrymen,were heading down the same path as is the rest EU and Canada,the diff, is most don't know what is about to come down the pike and are ill prepared materially and mentally.That's my humble take on it anyways.God help us all.

Because oil and gas has the highest rate of profit meaning that is mostly where capitalist investors invest in Russia. There is no conspiracy to bring a world central bank, capitalism regularly has internal crises due to over accumulation that causes a fall in the overall rate of profit as capital is devalued, the end result is greater consolidation in order to try and restore the rate of profit so capitalism can continue to function.
