actually you need to get all of the items before going to TK a.k.a Tyrone King... xD first get started if you're lv 40 or higher dont bring anymore food just bring 2 pain killer (vodka+vodka=pain killer) when you got to yucatan casino may 2 pain killer and that should do the trick and may defiller it cost TK health well damage
