Doug I see it says you made this with a ceiling fan generator. Thats sweet. Did you have to convert it using magnets like I see in muddymuddymuddmans vids or can ya just use it the way it is?

Did you mod that motor or just use as is? I have two ceiling fans I could use but not sure if I need to mod them at all.
