@ReadTerms it means what ur ding is to easy lol if u feel pain in ur arms u most likely wont even notice it in ur chest if u want chest go and do passion for profession work outs but start on lvl 1 but do regular push ups u will feel pain lol ;) im on lvl 4 as of know meaning i did all lvls took me 14months but u will get there
the first few push ups you show workout your shoulders and triceps, any reason for that? or is it just a light set to set you up for the next muscle group

I missed out the 21's because i need to do the workout in the gym and i think it would be too much pressure moving from the bench(weights area) to the mats which is on the other side of the room. Is this okay.

@saltybacon26 Neither is better, inclined and flat both work two different sections of your chest. Upper chest=inclines, lower chest=flat. Inclines threw into the mix with flat benching will cause you to have sexy man boobs. Not saggy granny tits.
Thank you for chest exercies with dumbbells. I am looking for work outs with only good old fashion dumbbells and barbels. They are consistant as opposed to pully based excersises which seem to be all different. All all due respect to those who get a good work out from these, I just feel I am getting more from the old fashion dumb and barbels.
@SchizofreniC7861 yes it does i have 1 dumbell and i workout (without a bench also) and started with 15 pound dumbells 5 sets of 10 reps on each arm. every other day and increased by 2 reps every time then when i hit 20 i upped the weight to 20 pounds and started over at 10 reps have been growing with one dumbell ;]

@01thrilla if you dont have a bench, you can always improvise. try a stool and a board and put one side of the board on the stool to give it that incline slant. lol it may seem pretty ghetto but your body wont care.
no..on flys you dont hit the dumbells together..keep them about 8-10inches apart so its always putting tension on the muscles.as soon as you bring them completely together all the tension goes to the shoulders..try it you'll see

question: if you do the 5 exercises 5 sets 8 reps, so you're gonna do each exercise 40 times straight or do each of the exercise 8 reps and then repeat the whole cycle 5 times?
@ZIG017 i would say if you can do 40 of one set then 40 of the next and so on, your doin good, then the second set of those 5 excercises do 30 then 20 then 10.. i try to mix it up every work out = better/quicker results. i call my workout the 15's ive yet to post a video but i do 10 workouts 15 times with 30 pound dumbells and finising up with 120 pound bench and pushups.. msg me if you want to know how its done
@318r3c08 yes, and when your done your workout, do it again, squeeze your chest together and make that a set of its own, 3 sets of 12 chest squeezes, holding for 4 seconds each
I don't have the space for a bench in my apartment...but I can't get to the gym...to do inclines I take my couch cushions of there fairly stiff and set them at an angle against the couch..and this also works for decline as well
I'm too poor to afford a bench so I've been doing fly's on the floor. I always wondered if that would mess my back up, good to know that it won't. Good video. Props.

i dont really understand what u mean. What you should do is like one day do chest and shoulders . after to days do biceps and triceps. if thats what u mean. you should really try to rest 3-4 days be4 u do the same muscle groups again
This video is great but...since you perform these exercises in the incline position you should explain why. Incline helps build the upper chest so you dont have a slanted chest if viewed from the side...lol

no..on flys you dont hit the dumbells together..keep them about 8-10inches apart so its always putting tension on the muscles.as soon as you bring them completely together all the tension goes to the shoulders..try it you'll see
