The only why the Joker said, "no,I'm not". Because the joker is not crazy,he something beyond crazy. Crazy to him mean is a soft crazy, but in Joker's way his real craziness is to burned down the city and kill whoever get in his way. Joker is more as a crazy/stranger classical villain than a normal kind.

After this film, Chris Nolan will be as HOT as any director I can think of. Can't imagine all the offers he'll be getting from various studios.

I think Nolan has the potential to become the next great storyteller director ala Steven Spielberg. There's no question he'll win an Academy Award in the future, only a question of how many.

And he's highly inspirational - at least for young storytellers, especially in his ability to write as well as direct. He and his brother are incredible on writing for sure. : )
