  • is this a GoPro HD ? :D :D

  • great stuff grew up at oulton in the 50s and thru 70s in NZ now. cheers .

  • This is a fabulous look at how it used to be. Love the "on the bench"

    shop segment!

  • I also raced on those old tyres - T1 compound Dunlop Triangulars were the go. After a while if you dropped one it would prbably shatter.

  • I think it's still possible to get a copy of the original movie from Duke Video. I think it was called 'The Right Line'. The bit I have was taken off an old 16mm film, which I've had for about thirty years.

  • Bob Mac and Mike Hailwood were my late father's favourites. Always approachable in the pits at the Isle of Man TT - both world class riders and gents with it. Gone but never forgotten.

  • Bob Mac sadly passed away as a result of a racing accident at Oulton Park put down to aquaplaning, August Bank Holiday 1962.

  • I think the camera as mounted on struts running out from the rear of the bike. Glad you liked it ! Hope you like the bit at the end where he blitzed the two stroke at Spa !

  • I wonder how they made this film with the cameras available at the time ? It looks real enough...

  • Amazing video!!!The great Bob McIntyre...!!Thank you very much.

  • Starts off at Cadwell too. Great to see these old films, very interesting. Thanks very much for uploading.
