I think it only records video ...no pics!

Though they talk about iPhoto,they only say you can send your videos in there (if you have a Mac).

I'm going to see it in store to see if it takes pics too!

But anyways,it's very cheap for what it can do!So I'm pleased with only video.

I don't even expect the camera to be very profi or something,so for videos/pictures I still go for a camera that's only a camera you know ..No incorporated stuff.

I think it is because of the screen size, they have had to move hardware lower down, which would mean that the camera components would have to close to the bottom.
