Oh, and I am sooo proud! Well, not only because i'm Dutch ;)) There's no one that can compare with them at this moment, on the next World Cup maybe, between Steffen Peters & Ravel and Edward Gal & Totilas...
By the way, did you know Edward riden the young Ravel???
thanks for the vid, german tv didn't broadcast the world cup :(
i'm a huge fan of steffen's riding, he's one of the few professional dressage riders that keep up the high quality riding in the way that klaus balkenhol did it before (unlike anky van grunsven's crap).
Dressage needs more freestyles like this! It makes the sport so much more lively! I can't believe Ravel is only 9 years old. This is how dressage will get more riders.
omg this was on tv?? i wish i'd have watched it!!
omg his ride was AmAzInG!!!!! that part where he went from the extended canter into the piroutte into the piaffe was flawless!!! he totally deserves the 84.95 that he got!!
Wow! I wish I would of known it was on TV! That's soo cool! Probably wouldn't of got good DTV reception though. Has anyone noticed the new Digital TV doesn't work very good! Besides the point, lol. That was an AMAZING ride I agree with dressagedramatic absolutely remarkable partnership!!
When I was watching this last night on tv, I was so excited because I wanted him to win so bad! And he did!!!! He's such an amazing rider and he has a remarkable partnership with Ravel. I'm already looking forward to seeing them at the WEG. Thanks for posting BTW, I was upset that Universal Sports did archive the freestyles like they did the Grand Prix.... oh well!
