  • Didn't it kinda de-stretch your skin or something? I mean, I see a lot of people losing fat but then they still have that type of abundant skin. I'm not sure, because the people I saw had surgeries to lose fat.

    Great job by the way,90 pounds is amazing. Speaking as a guy, who's not even able to lose 2 pounds =)

  • I like you and this video. I'm glad someone showed girls it IS possible to lose weight by EATING right, instead of NOT eating. I should get on this now, cause I regained the weight I had lost a couple of years ago. I lost around 40 pounds in like... 4 months. And all I did was eat right and excercise! So yeah, I'll do it again!

  • So I see you said you didn't do much exercise. How did you not get any extra skin? I lost 130 lbs very quickly, but I was extremely unhealthy about it (calories as low as 300, and extreme cardio for around 45-60 minutes a day, plus working 8 hours a day). Yet I still have extra skin. How did you avoid it?!

  • @mobilebimpe I didn't do much excersize! I just would do cardio maybe 2-3 times a week! Walk around my block or on my treadmill for 40 minutes!

  • congrats on losing the weight! although, fat free milk is mostly sugar and fillers they add to make up for getting rid of the good fat and special K cereal (and many other processed/packaged foods) has HFCS. you really want to watch out for these and avoid them as much as possible (cutting them out entirely would be ideal)... keep it up!. :)

  • Hey Gabee did you exercise as well or was it just mainly your diet? You look fantastic by the way and hopefully is i stick with the same similar diet i can look the wieght that i want to! (maybe not 90 pounds . . . i'm only 143 . . .)

  • @girlrecover Thank you!! I just mainly did my diet. Cardio maybe 2-3 times a week. But nothing instense. I think walking around your block will do. Also if you want the process to go buy quicker than yeah a work-out plan would do the trick!

  • @gracemaryx I did a bit of cardio maybe twice a week. I would maybe walk on my treadmill or walk around my block. But nothing intense. It was just a major change of the way I ate.   • so this is what i do..

    I eat eggs in the morning, salad at lunch and macaroni an cheese WHOLE GRAIN before 6pm an water an skim milk after 6 an i lost 12 pounds in 3 weeks. :P i do eat in between meals like sometimes almonds, or fruit alot of fruit
