  • why is there a no photo sign where adolf hitler figure is? Whats wrong with taking a photograph of the wax figure?

  • Some people like to pose with him and make a cult of it...

  • @manhattan77 There is nothing wrong with that is there? They are tourists.

  • Who is that at 3:15 ? :)

  • This is young Nina Hagen, a fascinating German singer, most famous for Punk Rock-influenced songs like "TV-Glotzer" (1978).

  • the girl at 4:26 is trying to have an intimate moment with the was figure, lol

  • Wow that is some great detail put into those figurines. Thanks for sharing this! Und...ich bin nicht ein Berliner. Ich war ein Bitburger..haha!

  • They were all phenominal with the exception of Brad Pitt. It just didn't look like him, but the rest were unbelievably real looking. Einstein was cool.

  • sind wirklich ein paar nette figuren dabei.

  • WOW! Some of those look so real you would think they really are the person..others however didn't hit the mark because they didn't look quite enough like the person or they had too much of a waxy shine to them so you knew they were fake.

  • Thanks for your comment! Whom did you like the most?

  • Your welcome and thank you for this vid. Elvis , followed by JFK would have to be my favorates. It is amazing the job they did with recreating those who are no longer with us. They get all of the info they need about those who are alive by having their cooperation in modeling for them but with those who have passed on it takes alot of work and research. Einstein and Morgan Freeman both looked so real I thought they might move .

  • Yeah, they did an amazing job with Elvis and Morgan Freeman and the others! My personal favourite is Johnny Depp - that's why I took some closeups of him seemingly gazing back at Ms Lopez ;-)

  • Yeah Johnny Depp is another one that was really life like. Those were very good close ups, You could really see all of the detail they put in. I have seen a documentry on how they do this. They followed the making of figure skater Michelle Kwan's figure from her modeling session ( measuring her , getting her exact eye and hair color etc..) to the reveal of the finished figure. It's a real process taking many months, sculpting , molding and the real hair carefully inserted strand by strand.

  • Does Tussaud's in Berlin have a figure of Katarina Witt? She's a national heroine..I for sure thought they would.

  • You are right - strange they did not include her (yet). However, since they are replacing wax figures regularly, there is still hope they will add her in the near future...

  • Yea, seemed strange was isn't there yet. This is a wonderful video..Thanks !!!
