@jacquesone100, i would appreciated if you give me all the complete information how to properly build it, if possible? and how much will it cost me in US dollars? thanks
@OneLittleThe 4x motor between 900 to 1100 kv 4x ESC 40amp 1x Gaui GU344 3axis gyro 2x apc 10x3.8SFP 2xAPC 10x3.8SF some PVC stuff and tubes 1x battery 3S , 6 channel radio, reciever for radio and u the man!!! :) check my other quadcopter vids..u will get the hang of it sub and ull stay informed :)
Are your motors the 355 wattt ones? also do you think I could benefit by using a lower kv motor like 900 kv 700 watt with 50amp esc? seems like 1100 is a little fast and might be a little harder to control..Im just trying to get all my info strait before i place the big order. Thanks jacques
also I saw you said you used 30amp esc, but you are thinking maybe 50 would be better, are the 30s getting hot? would 50esc x 4= 200 amps wouldnt that be a heavy a load for the battery? its probobly not im just wondering...before i order my esc's
@womackke its that..ives seen readings from my watt meter..going over 30 amps sometimes with 10 inch props...its ok if u dont exceed 30 amps to many times but to keep ur esc at a cooler temp i think its better to use 40 to 50 amp speed controllers when using 10inch props...and just use a big enough 3 cell like 3000mah and ull be ok..
so there is no need for any flight control board or any programming firmware bs? just a gu344 as a brain?.....Why would anyone use a programming board?
@womackke people use programming boarda for boards that need programming..
this Gaui GU344 just needs to be initialized the first time and thats it no programming what soever...and it has 1 pot to turn to adjust its sensitivity..
its a real cool board to start out with to learn to fly without to much hassle :)
@jacquesone100 i dont know if you have tried it but would you recomend this over the fy91q? also are you using the, or is there a way to switch from hover to cruise and adjust sensitivity in mid flight from the Tx?
@babanachiket when using a Gaui GU 344 there is allmost no programing it ...only 1 little knob(screw) u can adjust....so yes a cross ..a bunnch of wires and there u go!...
hehe...if u need more info on anything just ask me :)
@jacquesone100 I need help on what to buy e.g What Motors, What Battery(s) to buy etc. Could you help? Ive got the frame planned out. I'm Choosing to use Aluminum Square Rods.
hey ... this was a really nice review .. but what about the controller .... need some guidance on that ... and wanted more details about how to connect the whole system of the gyro and speed controllers and receiver and the motors and all ...
i would love to make it . but there is a prob. can u tell me where can i get theese things . i want to make it for my school project . plz tell me more on this my id is cody.sam9@gmail.com. it's urgent if u read it plz comment with my name . my name is deepansh samuel.
thnx!!!
and 1 more thing canu just tell in next vid that where is the batt. source & send me the url of vid.
Hey Jac, fantastic review .. made me think of building one for myself. But what about that 3-axis gyro ? Can I buy the one you use separately ? Cannot find it on the web. Seems like I have to get the Gaui model first :-( Separate ones are f*kking duur.
What is your opinion about this -> ***.youtube.com/watch?v=5tS-MdL4rwI
