Nazreen means viewers the food we make mostly has got tomatoes and water, these both makes the oil separate totally. The way to eat is that we avoid oil while pouring into our plate. Secondly divide this oil into 7-8 people its not much. thanks for liking, cooking is not hrad eat less and eat good.

Wok ya fraying pan lo, add oil pink onion , add tomatoes, salt, chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric, cumin seeds, green chillies, mis well till tomato dissolve, add prawns and fresh coriander, cook for a min or 2 remove from the heat, do not overcook them they get rubbery

Thank u baji for the quick response... mayn hamesha baby goat or lamb kharidti hoon... I think i need to bit experiment with my pressure cooker to see how many mins to cook meat without it gettin smashed up but retains its flavour... last time 4-5 mins i waited for pressure now i will wait for 7-8 mins..:) what do u say?
However, I have one question though .. mayn ne meet ko after 1st whistle 4- 5 mins pakane diya (I set the timer for 4-5 mins after my first whistle and allowed it to cook/whistle till 4-5 mins then switched off) I felt that gosht thora sa sakt tha .. it was't that soft ... but mayn jada whistle deti to gosht gaal jata jab pani khush karte waqt.. so what should I do for such problem ? but it was very tasty. thanks for sharin ... love and blessin to u n ur family :)
Nahin acha lage ga ye chawal ke saath, roti wala salan hai. piyaz ziyada kiye to meetha ho jana hai, deakh lo pani thora berha ker. chawalon ke saath aaloo gosht banalo wo acha lagta hai.
Thats great! Just grasp the basic concepts, what goes with what. Never add ginger in aaloo gosht, never make pulao if ingredients are not complete. Add less onion more garlic then what you think is right. More meet less water to cook.

What is the main difference between curry, karahi and qorma?

It all depends on the cooker. When I hear the pressure sound I give approx 4-5 min, then turn it off. Wait for it to go down and then open.
