To me it looks like he ran wide in that corner, tried to make it up on the throttle, started to spin a little, then chopped the throttle badly. that's why he got bucked out of the seat.

He leaned the bike over more just before the slide started. He added lean angle and throttle at the same time. You can't feel those slides, there's too much going on and the rear steps out too quickly.
