I don't know about all that... Isn't Israel more like America police officers in South East LA or Oakland, or Louisiana? Israel doesn't take these actions against red cross, UN vehicles, etc... individual soldiers do. Any just like the cops in the hood who are so sick of dealing with street folks out to kill them, that they get a little jumpy and go off occasionally like they shouldn't.
