I am writing this as I am eating my first artichoke that I cooked the way you said, no dipping sauce though, just plain and it is one of the most delicious things I have ever had in my life!! I suffer from PCOS (polycystic ovarian syndrome) and it has many horrible side effects so I am looking to live a heathier life. I will be watching your videos here on out.!
