it's a bit disappointing that they only bagged the 2nd place. i heard them sing. in this piece, the texture is nice and mature but poor breathing is rather noticeable. you must know that in any competition, all the necessary preparations should be done. if it requires you to do a 5km run, do so. cardio workouts enables you to breathe and hold it for a long time. hitting the high notes require air support. "masyadong halata na kinakapos ang girls ng air." work it out. but it's all good! PEACE;-b

yah...but interpretation...aside from being an artist's distinctive style, has to be prescise and accurate...what i mean is from the song...dapat isinasaalang alang din ung content ng piece aside dun sa style na i-aaply mo...for example..dun sa part na ale-lu-ya-aleluya-a--alelu--ya­...etc... un kac.. fugue..dapat mabilis...at xaka mali ung pagkaka lagay ng tempo...nahalata tuloy na hilaw pa ang piece...yun lang poh...

really nice, the only problem, very flowing yung rendition.. i hope you dont get it the wrong way, if its the sound, its there, its how you sang it... medyo nabitin, sa lce kasi, medyo kantuhan, which is the way that the song is rendered at the paskong-pasko na talga cantata.. in the cantata, parang siya yung main dish.. the fugue part, medyo mas mabilis, i think tapos na dapat yun agad eh.. ciao.. see you again sometime..

Kahit pa may mistakes tau nun (w/c is inevitable hehe), tonal quality pa lng, we know what we deserve. Pero minsan kailangan nating mainvolve sa mga masasakit na pangyayari (ahehe) sa field pa mismo na mahal natin, our passion, and that is MUSIC. Pero this shouldn't make us lose the spirit. Go lang!
