I agree. People always say how bad he is live, and that he is horrible at vocals, but a lot of it is the atmosphere. If you listen to the live acoustic stuff, it's amazing, just as good as the album. In the studio, it's much calmer, and he doesn't have to try to sing as loud, so it's much easier.

ok...first off, my favorite bands are killswitch engage, underoath, and as i lay dying so, yeah, i dont have any problem with screaming at all...i enjoy the music on the cd, but i lose a lot of respect for a band when they are absolutely horrible live...i was so disappointed cuz i used to like them a lot...rja is a pop/pop rock/screamo band...they even list screamo as one of the genres on their myspace

my favorite band killswitch engage has been on tour non-stop ever since december 06 when their latest cd came out and they are even delaying recording a new cd to do another tour and howard, their frontman, is just fine...as a matter of fact, he is prolly the best vocalist ive ever heard live...for proof, search "killswitch live" and pick the first vid and u'll see how good that band is live, thats one reason why killswitch is my favorite band, they are fuckin awesome on stage
