  • Thank you for the tutorial, it was clear and useful. However I believe you wasted way too much time explaining how to save and open a file. Overall whole 4 minutes until the actual tutorial begins. I believe you should put significantly less time in that. It can be condensed into one minute or less.

  • @gutspillage - thanks for the advice i will take that in to consideration in future videos , cheers

  • thanks for the tutorial i helped me a lot... but i have a problem now... y need the backgroung of my buttons to be transparent... How can i do this??? thank you again and i would really apretiate your help with my problem!!

  • @treeclimbingkid yeah, i mainly use dreamweaver, photoshop and flash these days cause i'm into web development haha, but dreamweaver is like... at least 2+ years ahead of it's time and flash... just too far ahead haha

  • Hi, thanks for tutorial ;) ..I subscribed. But can I do more advanced buttons this way ? If yes, can you make a tutorial ? :) I want something like when you click on the button it also looks like you are clicking on it. I am beginner in these things, so you know :D

  • @bloodass3 - hi, thanks, i do have another flash catalyst tutorial on how to make standard roll over buttons that teaches what you want to know, its called down state, and the down state determines what the button looks like when you click it. check my channel out for the 2 part series on rollover buttons using photoshop and flash catalyst.. cheers

  • Thank you very much for this tut ^^ Actually I figured out another way..you can duplicate the OVER state and then change it to whatever color you like (brighter) then simply extend the smooth transition for UP to OVER :) It's a great effect esp when doing drop down menu :)
