I'm here looking all over for your progress videos and i find this one with you looking the same and giving excuses for why you gave up. You seem like a nice guy but you were a waste of my interest. There are so many successful transformations of guys who knew what their goals were and stood the course. Their videos lift my spirits.   • These excuses are bullshit I had a friend personally coach me and he made me do workouts even when I had a flu up until the point where he would come to my house and make me workout. One day while sick I puked after doing crunches and he made me clean it up and continue to work out. Thanks to him ive probably put on 50 lbs of muscle and I may not be jacked but I went from being fairly chubby with no muscle to well toned-jacked. Its all up in the mind

  • Keep up the good work Tim. One major thing I can tell you is set up a workout routine switch up from resistance training and cardiovascular tratining. On you cardio days refrain from eating starchy carbs such as breads and cerals. Begin a healthier diet (you dont have to go crazy just make little changes) And you will see qucik results...Let me know if you need any help man

  • I usually don't pay attention to comments like the one you posted, but people need to realize that Europe isn't a country, and the cultural differences throughout Europe are HUGE. I'm a Swede, and I wouldn't say Swedes (or people in any of the north european/scandinavian countries) are hairy or have bad hygiene. I know people in the the Mediterranean area can be quite hairy (not all of them, ofc!), but most of them don't stink. nothing personal, I just don't like ignorant comments.

I wake up at 2 am every day, and my day runs 5 until 3, then i get off, workout, and then do it again. I work about 70 hours a week on average, so if i can make time, I know you can.

    It's SO easy to become disheartened and think "what's the point? I'll never make it. I'm too busy/tired/demoralized" etc etc

    It's NEVER too late to get back on track and get those pounds coming off again. Sure, you might've had a bad week/month/year. Perhaps you've even GAINED some weight. It can still be fixed. Just give yourself a chance.
