umm i've tryed to put a whole movie on the phone changed it to a mp4 file and loaded it over to the phone but it just says that resolution is not supported, any one know what to do?

Did you resize the video ? The maximum resolution is 320x240. You cannot play a mp4 movie in 640x480 for example, the phone won't be able to read it.
