I hardly ever missed Bob and Ray on radio when I was a kid in the late 1940s-early ''50s. I laughed until I cried tears at some of their routines. TV hadn't come to southwest FL at that time and network radio was my lifeline to the rest of the US. I really miss the USA of that era, or maybe I'm just remembering it as better than it really was.
