@HopeGaming1 no - he is definitely singing it live, there's bits that he does differently and the tone of the vocals is slightly different due to different mics/signal chain etc - he's just actually a good singer. There's some stuff probably added in afterwards like the vocoded backing vocals or something - but Cee Lo is genuinely good and has been going for years before getting this new-found fame :D
