@chippydip I think that visari was basically hitler, the way the helgast history and just the way they act is like nazi Germany. After WWII Germany was basically broke and the people lived in poverty, then hitler came along as their new minister and led them to be a military nation.

@Blackwatch555 @MitchMaker It is set just before the ISA attack Visari's Palace, there is clear evidence of this; Note the explosion in the background at 0:46 and at other moments of the clip is the Nuclear Bomb that explodes over Phyrus, (The Nuclear bomb is also what Stahl mentions as 'the package' at 0:06), Radec is still alive at this point which means the ending of Killzone 2 is still to come, there are other factors but they are just a few :)
