That description sounds about right. She was pretty nice even though she kicked me out. And I agree, they got better things to worry about than railfans taking pictures and filming trains
You know I think MBTA cops have become afraid or railfans in the past few months or so. I saw a video back in like October that showed one of the local news stations in Boston interviewing a cop that gave advice on how to spot and report suspicious activity on transit. One of the tips this guy gave was to report people with cameras! Unbelievable huh?
Its about time ya uploaded, sorry to hear you had problems with the transit police. Before you go railfanning the Haverhill line at Ballardvale or north of there, try and get a hat with the Pan Am logo. I tend to get bothered less when I wear a hat with the logo of the host railroad or a railroad with trackage rights on it.
Keep a copy of the photo policy with you, you don't need a permit for non-commercial and non-profit activities. The transit police need to leave buffs alone and deal with actual important stuff like people fare hopping and mugging people in Mattapan.
I didn't argue, apparently they can. She gave me a number to call to get a permit, so I'll get one so I can rub it in there faces next time they question me

That's a good idea. MainlineProductions1 is where I upload most my videos so that explains the lack of uploads here.

Gee wiz...It appears as if you can't film trains anywhere becuase there is so much heightened security everywhere.

She gave me a number to call to get a permit so I'll see about it if they ever call back

They kicked you out for filming...can they do that? Anyway I really like the 1600s cab cars without their grills.
