time and again history proved its not the person that take the reign of power who is to be blame for the continiuos/cycle/repitition of this violation aqgainst humanity perhaps we now accept it that this has been the defense mechanism of the government to perpetuate power coz it has been said time and again corruption is already part of our system much so with our culture...even in petty things we can observe corruption...i dare anybody to repute my opinion!!
