I am hard of hearing and rely on my hearing aid constantly. I woke up when I was 17 Deaf in both ears. I can understand most things and many people dont know that Im deaf as I hide it so well. I really can remember hearing everything before like the little sounds an alarm clock, the fridge, the tv in the other room, the telephone. I use sign language sometimes and my hearing aid

Yea, I agree. Ive been hard of hearing since birth (or close enough) and it doesnt usually bother me. You just live with it. A lot of us dont know the difference really.

This video is more about hard of hearing than deaf. Many hard of hearing people dont sign. But we lip read sometimes, depending on how hard of hearing we are.
