1) The US has 100,000,000 (100 million) people who once in their lives used marijuana.
2) There are 80,000 hardcore heroin addicts nationwide.
The odds that you move from marijuana to heroin is exactly 0.08%.

i love how the only people who can offer up legitimate arguments against smoking weed are the ones who smoke it. the rest run to shock phrases such as "gateway drug" that really mean nothing.
