crap, i am so nervous, this is a first for me. i just got this pod... ok i see cydia, i downloaded it from the loader app. loader.app is gone now, deleted. i clicked on the white icon cydia, it rebooted device. now the cydia icon can be seen (package box, etc) it is "reorganizing (will automatically close when done".
