@amiaweng yes but they build buildings there like they build the Golden Gate Bridge. They sway like a group a people at a rock concert during a slow song.
this looks like a high up floor to move that widely. (as the japanese buildings are ment to "bounce and sway" the higher you are, the more it sways). I hope to move or visit to japan in my future.. i just hope i can keep my nerve if something like that happens while im there. the biggest earthquake i felt here in the UK was a 3.6 which was the biggest quake for the uk for hundreads years lol.
