i hate hollywood video...I had the game pass ($20 a month for 1 game out and u can keep as long as u have the pass) and it got canceled cause of the new credit card thing and the card I was using expired so the pass expired and then all of a sudden they stopped selling it but only people that bought it before they stopped selling it still have it and the lady said they're "grandfathered in" and I was like u would say that...

The guy working there, does he actually work there? In the beginning he just seemed like a bored prick, which worked, then he turned out to be a thief...so was it all written at once, or changed?
Afterall, the customer walked behind the counter and should have seen the other robbers :D
