what pickups do u have?u need a no-microphonic pickups,humbuckers are better for this,then just some amp and really HIGH GAIN! Start with guitar close to your box and amp,try different angles,try to move with gtr,change amp settings etc etc...it is no easy to get feedback! This guy has perfect feedback i like it very much!

Lot of tone, lot of treble, lot of gain and lot of volume and you'll have the feedback. It sounds better with an compresor and an reverb. Wish you great feedback!!!
