My advice is save up untill you have the money, there aren't cheap really cheap ones, all start at around £350.

or if u have a friend who is good at metalstuff u can ask him to make you one, of hes good enough u can get even better sounds than this one. but thats just my suggestion and not everyone has a friend like that, (ps i do :P)

What sort of power gain you look a with one of them?

The acceleration is quicker but the top end is not much different to what it is standard (their kinda restricted unless you take them to be computerized). Plus you get that ballsy grunt from it with a Scorpion exhaust, so top speed aint everything ;)
