I admit I was a tito hater b4 (tho I always respected him 4 being a pioneer of the sport and he without a doubt belongs in the UFC hall of fame) but I have come 2 c the light. I thought he was going to lose this fight and get cut but as this fight got closer and closer I found myself rooting for him more n more. The UFC wouldn't be the same without a legend like tito ortiz. I felt nostalgic when I saw him do the grave digger. Good to see him get another big payday and I hope he remains healthy.

As far as Tito goes regarding if he can go or not, it will be decided on his next fight.
Tito can't use injury as an excuse, he came out and said he's fine now, so if he loses and makes an excuse next fight, he's full of shit. If he comes back and whoops his next opponent in true fashion and competes like the old Tito, I'll consider his "excuses" from the past as legit, but he needs to prove to me and the MMA world that this wasn't a fluke, and that he is not full of shit with past excuses.

I agree, the UFC shoudn't of put him up against Matt Hamill, that was stupid. Tito shouldn't of had those rematches with Ken Shamrock. Tito should've fought different light-heavyweights. Same with the Forrest Griffin rematch. I think instead of Forrest, Tito should've fought a light-heavyweight that is younger than him that he hasn't fought yet. Dana threw him a curve ball with Ryan Bader and Vitor Belfort and Tito got lucky beating them. I wanna see another grave digger in the next fight.

Tito shouldn't waste his time on Lil Nog as he lost to Bader and it's a step down, but Rich Franklin should fight Ttito even though he TKO'd Matt Hamill who beat Tito!
You mention Ttito's injuries, but Chuck had a torn MCL in the second fight with Tito, but you didn't want to mention that!
Also Tito ducked Chuck back in the day, even Randy Couture said that. He only fought Chuck when he had to in order to get a title shot.

Last I checked Bone Jones couldnt finish Ryan Bader and Tito did and people can say it was luck what Tito did w/e.The matter of the fact that Tito was able to finish Ryan Bader and a guy that some people claim to be the anderson silva of the L.Heavyweight division could not do says alot about Tito as a fighter.

Lol, Tito isn't even in the same league as him, hes washed up. The bottom line is if Bader was to use his wrestling he would have been victorious, but he opted out to use his standup. I'm not saying Bader is an amazing fighter, he's average at best, but beating him proves nothing. Once he gets in the cage with legit competitors we'll see how "good" he is.

@kelb89 I worded what I said wrong and Ryan Bader was 13-1 going into that fight only loss to Jon Bones.Bones couldnt take Bader out in a min and Tito could point blank which shows that Tito isnt of it and hes just getten started.Dont get things twisted Im not saying hes a top contender for the belt we have to wait and see.Would could shoulda you saying the outcome would be diffrent if choosed to do something diffrent Bader choose to stand and bang with Tito so he feel down and got taped out.

i used to be a huge tito fan and it sucks to see that it takes him 5 years and a pending pink slip to get him going again. This is mma and it just takes a punch so who knows what wouldve happened if tito didnt knock him down but congrats to him.
But i cant say hes gonna be the favorite in any of his next fights.

To those saying Tito is gonna get his ass whooped, you clearly haven't been watching his fights. Tito hasn't been KOed in those fights after Chuck. He got a point taken off against Rashad, without that he would have won. He went all three rounds with Machida, Forrest and Hamill and was far from dominated in either of those fights. He's not getting murdered. If he loses then he loses but he's got good cardio and fighting is about confidence and a win breeds that.

Referring to your lucky punch comment. There is no such thing as a lucky punch. If you are trying to punch someone and you hit them, you accomplished what you were trying to do. Nothing lucky about. Tito rocked Bader and locked in a guillotine, Tito was the better fighter that night.
