when a flock of birds suspect an injured bird they usually start attacking it until that bird leaves the flock. I guess its nature's way of cleansing of the weakest...
Thanks for the comment! Yeah, when you see them one at a time they seem like such cute, delicate little creatures, but when it's time to eat it just comes down to "biggest bully wins."
