My dad has a bi-vad, it works the entire heart, while waiting for a heart transplant. University of Pennsylvania saved my fathers life! He is home, it's a miracle!

I work at Jewish Hospital on a VAD floor....I've seen many patients come in and get VADS and some that were VADS that have gotten heart transplants...its very interesting....
