what really annoys me on fifa 12 manager mode which should be changed is that if you become a player manager no other team wants to sign u as a player manager just as a normal manager i think it would be great if you could just sign for a blue square team with your pro and in 10 years play for barca but c'mon

@ohdearist unlike in FIFA 09 where players had XP and went up to 99 really easily or in FIFA 12 where they go up almost randomly, FIFA 11 had a coach report and it says stuff like high potential/ nothing to report/ almost maxed out won't grow - that kind of stuff and their rating goes up really slowly.

hes on about the player that it says has high potential, should get a lot better when he plays him, but he actually gets worse and the player who shound't get better or worse gets a lot better
