@CennsationalBeats Ok what i think your problem is: When in Audacity make sure you have a section of the audio clip highlighted, if you don't have a section highlighted then when you go to the effects menu you will be unable to click on any of the effects.
Also a tip, if you are trying to get vocals from an audio clip, only highlight part of the song where the singer is not singing otherwise you will lose the vocals.
Im using rockband mic, because my recording mic broke, that is why there is so much static, but u dont have to hear the before and after, just copy what i do and it will work %100.
Can you use your fl studio to take out all that background hum "noise" in this video?
