Were not talking about an airplane or a formula one car GENIOUS, if he had a rwd vehicle of anykind it would make more sense to put a wing on it because the DOWNDRAFT would actually create more traction to the rear wheels. Putting a wing on a fwd vehicle would actually create drag because your not putting any downforce to the front wheels.

How can I get a turbo kit system for an 89 Toyota Tercel?

It's a 4efte turbo engine.

It comes out of Japan from the Starlet GT cars.

With an 89 tercel, it's a DIRECT install. Try to get the whole front clip if you can, and you must get the ECU. Don't worry about turbo piping missing.

No special motor mounts needed. If you get a full 4EFTE front clip, it will come with a LSD transmission (mega good deal).

I'm getting mine for 900$ and doing the work myself.

MORE than worth it.

yeah, I saw where he said "i'll give you a head start". Properly driven that's a very low 11 second bike.  Fastest Geo I've seen is Tim Johansen's that runs high 12's(which is not bad at all) with ~250HP. Your friend needs bike lessons.
