  • I am a victim of this every month. I feel like a slave to dysmenorrhea and plan my life around this every month. I have been dealing with this for over 10 years. This is not JUST a menstrual cramp. It feels like your body is attacking itself or someone is jabbing you repeatedly in your abdomen. The pain has been so bad that I have asked to take my uterus out multiple times. I wouldn’t even wish this pain on my worst enemy… . :'(

  • i suffer from bad periods with massive pains and lots of blood loose with thick blood clots im flush the toilet and there is still blood there i was told i have a cyst the size of a coin outside the wall of my womb but they dont want to touch it its made me anemic

  • i have primary dysmenorrhea. it sucks. i'm 17 and i'm just now starting birth control for it. i usually end up staying home from school for 1 or 2 days because of the pain. it gets to the point where i have trouble falling asleep. and when it comes to mood swings, my bro still hasn't learned not to piss me off when i'm in one of my moods XD

  • @zomgWATAbarbie

Hi sister, you can cut off diary, especially near the time you begin your cycle.

2.) eat more fresh fruits and veggies

3.) Drinks LOTS of water - my cramps lightened up noticeably when I drank more water-like within 20 mins.

4.) Pray to God to relieve the pain- He knws ur body inside out and can relieve if we ask

5.) Excercise more when ur not menstruating

6.)No sodas, candy, and fried foods during cycle- MAKES IT WORST!

Hope this helps, this is what I know and what helps for me

  • @NatMedMissionary but i thot u were supposed to drink very warm milk for the heat and also the calcium??

  • Thanks so much for this video. I have very painful cycles to where I almost faint, and vomit non stop because of the severe pain. Used to think it might be endometriosis but having watched your video I see its probably Primary Dysmenorrhea. Plan to go to the dr soon to try to get treatment or hystorectomy
