  • strange, somewhat poor technique.look at the legs from foot to hip. virtually no movement whatsoever below the hip. wheres the squat aspect gone from the KB swing?

    look how far the head moves past the feet. person is simply bending forward at the waist, no leg movement away from full extension, no hip extension... all back movement here. Absolutely terrible as an instructional video.

    By the way this isnt a sport, simply functional training. training for the sake of training isnt a sport

  • @ungabunga1 There are many ways to properly swing a kettlebell. What I'm doing is hinging vs squatting.

  • good information on the basics- the idea of this video is to show the basics involved in flipping kettlebells.... you may think "this isnt sport" ... go try flipping a 20kg kettlebell for 10 minutes its a co- ordination excercise which is paramount in kb moves.

  • It's no fuckin fitness!!! kettlebell was used by the soviet secret agency and special forces... trainers used it to prepare the actors for the movie 300 (sparta). I dont think its "soooo lame", or not even a sport...
