Nice concept and moving movie but quite unrealistic w/ many issues within itself. There will always be those who take advantage of help for the sake of their own well-being at the cost of another. Depending on different religions and senses of morality, people will believe certain things, such as always helping people no matter what. Others believe that helping others will slow down their own life and it makes no sense to put another's life before their own.You can't expect everyone to cooperate

Pay it forward is a movie, its about a buy called Trevor, and he's doing this project in school, that is in social studies, the class is suppost to make a project about changing the world..
Trevor decideds to do this plan, to help 3 people and make them pay forward to 3 people to help..
This makes me so pissed off that people are stealing ideas and claiming them as their own..
Perhaps this person have got inspired by this idea and wants to do the same as the boy in the movie? Nothing wrong with that. To see a change get done in the world, one has to start making a change themselves. ;-) :-)
i tried to offer this homeless guy in my town some food and no matter how many times people try to help him he declines the offer (very politely) but he always does nice things for people, like holding doors open and sweeping up around shops, he's an inspiration and a hero in my eyes.
btw i qwouldent suggest giving a homeless or poor man money because they "might" go and spend it on ciggerets or stuff like that if u really wanna help actually give them the food or watever u wanna give'em
that YOU'LL probably spend it on cigarettes, or alcohol yourself, too. What do you think he's going to do? Save up and buy a house? He's homeless. Give him what he want, he doesnt have much.

You have the idea right... kind of. You can't just give a homeless person a dollar. That doesn't work because only giving him a dollar doesn't get him back on his feet. So he will lack the ability to greatly help anyone else. The idea is to actually help that one individual to fix a major problem in his/her life under the condition that they help three more people in a similar way. That's the only way it would actually work.
If you help 3 people, the 3 people will feel happy and will help 3 people or more! Then the 3 or more people will help MANY people and Earth will be peace full!! Nice video payitforward992!

You can't tell a homeless guy to only buy food if you give him money. That would be taking away from the charitable sense of giving.
