I don't see anything coming of this trailer, but here's what I think is implied:

This game would bridge the gap between the Megaman series and the Megaman X era, taking place sometime before Megaman X and Zero are sealed in their time capsules. This time frame allows Mega Man, Zero, and all the related trimmings (such as Bass, Iris and Colonel) to exist simultaneously within decent (comic-book) reason.

Here's an idea for all the fans that want this brought outside Korea, on Facebook, start a group about bringing it World Wide, Every 100 or so people who follow, or like it, have everyone send Capcom messages about it, the increase of messages they get constantly will make Capcom know that people want it elsewhere, and if you get enough people, Capcom is gonna get tired of half a million messages in their inbox, and will do something, very likely listen to demands.
