I am SO annoyed at this part (chkpt. 8:00), I could puke,it's so irritating. I have no problem getting to the very last sequence of it going back to front & EVERY SINGLE TIME it kills me on the 3rd run. (rite after 9:08). I luvd this game till this STUPID part came along.

I'm on this level of the game right now, i have a hard time shooting the monster the second time, what do i do there?

nevermind as i said that i blew his arm off to where blood was squirting out the end of his tenacles. i did that right as he grabbed me each time. ppl dont even worry about shooting his face. except for when the first time he grabs you you can shoot all the armor off his face and make a couple of his guns smoke and catch fire. yeppe ki yay eagle 1 out lol

if you don't have this game, u have to buy it!....i don't really like games like this and halo 3...i like more sports and stuff like call of duty....it looks kind of boring on this video but the game is so addicting!

plus one of the videos on youtube said in gow1 that the guy who got owned by the beserker they said that was a.carmine in begining of the game of training carmine he said atleast a. died a heros death which he didnt because he was clumsy got up in enemy tertority and got shot

exactly. don't worry about hitting him in the face, shoot him in the arm close to where we grabs you, and his arm will fall off before he bites you. therefore, you take on no damage. then dodge rockets and when he goes infront of you, light him up with the cannon. hope thats more in depth

so emidiatly following the last post i made here, i decided that; "hey jim, everytime that arm grabs you, instead of shooting his face... shoot his arm and maybe you can like... knock it off or something?"

so i did it...

AND WHAAMMMMMY achievement "horse you rode in on" or whatever...thing went down in a blaze of glory

I have the same comment as before, I get killed every time hydra gets me the third pass, I've tried shooting and dodging and cannot do anything to get past it, CAN ANYONE HELP??? THANKS!

@Gamanon 2 yrs later, I had the exact same problem. This is the only video that helped me figure this STUPID part out... you have to shoot that leg off on the right instead of shooting at the face. Who knew. :/ lol

i play this on hardcore. the last part, hydra kills me after grabbing me the third time. i cant see what is happening at 9:13. thats where i wouldve been grabbed. did u dodge him?
