Nice celebration lol. The cornermen are still awesome! Lol I love that. The front kick and follow up is a great combination to utilize. Especially when you make them drop their hands and bend over. We learn that in my class. Good fight. I don't know if you guys go over this or anything, but controlling your breathing and breathing different ways help with cardio. It does for me anyways! Just some friendly help
