The first time I saw this trailer I thought, "hey why does the zombies run now?" and i played the game then come to say that I kicked those zombies asses back to hell. It turns out that the infection gave them the ability to run faster then the humans because they caught up to me when a horde occured

No...the infection simply made humanity crazy and bloodthirsty. The infected have the same abilities as any uninfected person. Zombies being able to run is more realistic, and it's not like this is the first time we've seen running zombies.
