  • I have one for 2 years now, 2000w.

Very light makes it extremely easy to carry around the house.

    Thin.

Warms up space very very quickly, clearly the best solution for warming up the bathroom for a nice bath in the Winter.

    It has 3 heating settings,and a thermostat.

I usually put it on one if I have to heat just myself but in the living room I would put it on two.

Rarely if ever do I have to put it on the highest setting.

This means it gets the job done with no sweat, shouldn't hurt the bill much

  • Hi Greg. thanks for the video. How do you rate this heater after using it for a while? I have a different micathermic heater and it gets really hot (90C) at the back so I can't even mount it on the wall. Also it makes buzzing sound. I'm thinking of exchanging it for this one so please let me know. Thanks

  • @ak99372 - It's been almost two years since we bought these heaters. We have two, which is helpful for evaluation because sometimes products can be widely different -- even with two of the same model. These still work well. The heat is projected/reflected mostly forward. As I recall, you can touch the back and feel warmth, but that's about it. Does that help? Keep in mind, if you can find these at the local store, you can buy one, test it, and return it if you don't like it.

  • @resourcesforlife Thank you for prompt and helpful response.

  • Have you tested temps, how close can you get object like materials?

  • Hi,

    Great video!

I have one question tho. When the heater is on, do you 'see' it's on? I mean, do you see a red glow comming from the unit? Would it light up your room when it's dark? Thanks.

  • I'd like to buy one of this but can't find it anywhere in europe with 240volt..

  • @Dunl00p -- Do they offer anything similar to this in 240 volt? If not, I'd be surprised. For overseas people, I usually recommend purchasing locally manufactured products.

  • Mr Johnston,

thank you for ur video. Tell us something we don't know. We can do all of that in your video by just reading on the box!......right? anything more on technology? or Electricity bill? cummon maan, don't waste our time and national resources (electricity) by watching this average video.

    cheers

  • @FireFghtrInAntrtica who pissed in your cheerios?
