@BognarRegis Exactly. I wish he would make more albums. He combines sarcasm with intelligent observations and "truth to power" statements. Royal Lunch is a fantastic album, maybe his most stripped down, musically, but as for the poetry and thoughts, possibly his most political.

Well I think the primative sound is by design, either way I think it helps to illustrate the meaning of the poem. The residents third reich and roll uses primative very primative sounds and I feel it is a brilliant piece.
As for our langiage being abused I have to agree he could have done this with out all the foul language, but this also could be by design. If you have ever listened to his poem "martin scorsese" he does the same thing; only worse however, you can tell it is on purpose.

@ThePoliceStoleMyCar When someone is using primitive sounds on purpose It predisposes the idea that the artist has other sophistocated ideas. This guy doesn't. He is like countless others who fall short and say it is on purpose in order to diffuse any honest shortcomings of his abilities.
Try always to observe the artist in terms of history and this guy should fall short for you. If not enjoy it and forget me, but go back and listen to others who inspire others.

@bamcis17 Grammar and spelling have nothing to do with intelligence. Anybody can learn them. Knowing them is not a mark of the intellectual. Even a good word processor has a reasonable grasp of them. And intelligent and intellectual people don't call others "fucking cocks" or tell them to "eat a dick". Instead, they make meaningly rebuttles and use their grey matter for purpose other than satisfying primal rage urges.

@ronoman88 To understand the aesthetic behind this song, I suggest you find the Jello Biafra interview on YouTube where he is outside at a fast food restaurant eating while answer questions of - I believe - Jools Holland. Here he talks about songs like "I Kill Children" where the music and lyrics are appalling in order to make a point. It is irony.
If you approve of violence and aggressive foreign policy, I don't think you will understand. Otherwise, there is some chance.
