he cancels his shoryuken u have to have 2 blue bars in order to cancel it then dash forward then ultra...u use ex attacks 2 cancel certain special moves takes practice hope that helps

You cancel Focus Attack into a dash, then use Ultra. So the input is Forward, Down, Down-Forward, Punch xx MP+MK xx dash -> Ultra.
