I wouldn't play it at a recital...because it's an easier arrangement (I had to have an easier versio because the band I'm playing with sucks lol)

Hey nice job! From a fellow trumpet player who played this song, the vibrato was great. When you hit the high notes with the Grace Notes, beautiful and the high notes at the top perfect. Now try to make it sound like The Mission. I'm not saying play it like a oboe, but add some trills and what not. But overall great playing dude! Two thumbs up

This piece was originally written in the key of 'C' majo for the Oboe. This trumpet interpetation is played in a lower key ("A' or 'G') and sounds very nice. Great playing!

Actually, the pest instrument for this piece is the oboe. No other instrument is delicate enough to fully portray the emotion of this song.

Agreed. When you're going for pure emotion, nothing beats the oboe on this. But I think I like brass, too. It conveys a lot more of Ennio Morricone's signature grandeur, especially with the organ. Well done.

If you've ever heard the yo-yo ma version, thats what we're using where there's a key change and he does just this awesome cello thing that we're using in our show. great job to you. i'm lovin' your tone and stuff.
