@unknownsungod3 if ur using a laptop then the dvd/cd drive isnt conected properly

so u need to unscrew one of the screws that holds the dvd/cd drive, then push cd/dvd drive inside and screw it again :)

I have my CDROM stucked for like a week now. I tried pushing the hole and I thought that when I pressed the open button, it will open. But after watching this video, I realized that you need to pull the tray! Wow! I got so excited but when I am about to push the hole with my pin, there's nothing to push.. because I already pushed it a week ago.. So I tried pulling the tray out since the hole is already pushed.. HOLY SHIT IT WONT OPEN! Dammit.

My DVD-ROM is a "Lite-On" Player. I don't know if "LH52C1P" is part of the Model number, but it IS listed in "Properties" next to the DVD-ROM name in the "My Computer" folder. My problem is trying to get to the "DVD-ROM" features on a disc. I can play the movie on my computer JUST fine, & EVERYTHING ELSE, but I CAN'T get to the DVD-ROM Features. I see the SAME message as when I put the DVD in my DVD Player connected to my T.V. - "Insert this DVD in a DVD-ROM for more special features."
